MUSIC
I am an active composer and producer of music, and also collaborate on multiple projects with musical friends.
My musical practice is driven by learning first. I am most excited when I am absorbing knowledge and exploring new ways of approaching music making; from interesting methods for composition to exploring the technical side of production and recording, the goal of my music making is for the process to be valuable and fulfilling in and of itself.
I’m always interested in new collaborations and working with others. If you have an idea that you’d like to work on with me, send me an email.
FINE FORM
Fine Form is my personal musical project. It is the main repository for the musical things I make, from weirdo stuff to pop jams.

COLLABORATIONS
Nicolas Hyatt (2021-Ongoing)
A long-distance collaborative project with my former Future States bandmate Nicolas Hyatt, who is now located in Whitehorse, YK. Our collaboration is very open-ended, with pieces generally taking shape slowly across time via individual recording and internet file-sharing.
Christina Bell and Yolande Laroche (2020)
I worked with Hull, QC based artists Christina Bell and Yolande Laroche to compose an original score, and arrange and record two songs for the short horror film Garbage Day (produced and directed by Christina Bell and Alix Tabet).
Future States (2014-2020)
Future States was a psych-pop project in which I was a songwriter/guitarist/multi-instrumentalist. The project was collaborative, with all five members contributing to songwriting, arrangement and production duties. Our songs straddled the line between pop and experimental; layers of weaving keys, woozy guitars, and sampled sounds, with pristine pop melodies and reverb-y harmonies driving the ship.
